New sweeps of arrests took place today at dawn in Monufeya governorate, Egypt where the state security forces detained a number of MB affiliates who registered themselves as candidates in the upcoming municipal elections.

New sweeps of arrests took place today at dawn in Monufeya governorate, Egypt where the state security forces detained a number of MB affiliates who registered themselves as candidates in the upcoming municipal elections.
 
Names of the detainees are:
 
1.   Samir Abul-So’oud.
2.   Zaki Al-Gammal.
3.   Ibrahim Mohamed Al-Laboudy.
4.   Nageh Hassan Tahoon.
5.   Sha’ban Al-Werdani.
6.   Fadel Zalabia.
 
Security forces arrested the son of, Ahmed Al-Gad, an MB affiliate who was not home during the raid.
 
Noteworthy, Security forces broke into the houses of Dr. Fathi Khattab, Mohamed Al-Sisi, Dr. Farag Mabrouk, Ahmed Ezz El-Deen, Ashraf Amar, Zakaria Nasr, Gamal Mousa, Ramadan Al-Doqqi, Mohamed Emara. However, they were not detained as they were not available during security raids.
