Two more Palestinian patients were pronounced dead on Monday after Israeli occupation forces" blockade on the Gaza Strip prevented them from traveling for treatment abroad.

The popular committee against the siege said that  53-year-old Suad Hamouda died after a long battle with cancer.

It said in a statement that Hamouda was living in Beit Hanun, northern Gaza Strip, and was a mother of 11 children. She was blocked from travel abroad on four different occasions, the statement added.

Medical sources earlier announced the death of Enam Al-Shurafa, 60, who suffered from pancreatic tumors and was also denied travel permit to seek treatment abroad.
