The Administrative Judicial Court will be looking into MB leaders" ruling challenges, presented by the Defense Authority, against the Supreme Military Court in case no. 2 of the year 2007 in which MB leaders including MB Vice-Chair Khayrat El-Shater were sentenced to prison. The court had postponed looking into the challenges on September 1st after receiving no response from the sides whom the challenges were presented against which were the Ministries of Justice, Defense, and Interior, in addition to the Attorney General, Administrative Head of Military Judicature, Martial Attorney General, Supreme Military Court Head, Assistant of the Minister of Interior in the prison sector, and the Tora Prison Officer. |
