Postponing Case Of Ahmed Ezz Against Editor Of "Sawt Al Omaa" Newspaper, To November 27
Al Agouza Criminal Court decided in its meeting on Thursday, November 6, to postpone the lawsuit of insult and defamation filed by Eng. Ahmed Ezz, secretary of organizational affairs in the National Democratic Party (NDP) and Chairman of the Committee on Plan and Budget in People’s Assembly, against Abdul Halim Qandil, editor of "Sawt Al Omaa" newspaper, and Essam Ismail Fahmi, chief of the newspaper’s board of directors, to November 27, 2008.

Al Agouza Criminal Court decided in its meeting on Thursday, November 6, to postpone the lawsuit of insult and defamation filed by Eng. Ezz demanded in his lawsuit, a temporary civil compensation of 10 thousand pounds. |
