Releasing Huzzeyyin while remanding in Custody 13 of MB Leaders
The detainees were arrested in a wide arrest campaign on Thursday 14.05.2009 and the Supreme State Security Prosecution charged them with charges of money laundry collected from a terrorism crime designed to conceal and disguise its source and nature as well as their affiliation to a banned group [MB] using terrorism to achieve its goals, possession of publications promoting the group’s ideology in addition to providing the group with material support with knowledge of its purposes.

 The High State Security Prosecution decided today to keep in custody 13 of MB leaders for 15 days more, for the second session to be held on the 24th June,2009.
 
Detainees are:
- Dr. Osama Nasr El-Din (Member of the Guidance Bureau)
- Dr. Hossam Abu Bakr (official of the Administrative MB Office East Cairo)
- Dr. Ibrahim Mostafa
- Eng. Hesham Saqr (Cairo),
- Eng. Ashraf Abdel Samea
- Dr. Mohamed Saad Helewea (Giza),
- Ali Abdel Fattah,
- Esam El-Haddad (Alex),
- Mohamed El-Ezbawy,
- Mahmoud El-Barah (Gharbeya),
- Al-Husseini mohamed El-Shami,
- Eng. Hassan Shaalan (Daqahelya) and
- the Islamic author Walid Shalaby (Sharqeya).

The prosecution decided to release Eng. Al Sayed Huzeyyin, one of Sharqiya governorate MB leaders, after being arrested on the events of “Solidarity with Gaza” last February
