The Committee for the "Cairo's University's teaching Staff" announced the names which are to be submitted on their nomination list for elections which are scheduled to take place December, 30.

Professors from the Muslim Brotherhood movement asserted that their collaboration with other Professors from different political trends on the same list demonstrates their intentions of serving all members of the teaching staff regardless of ideologies followed.

The list comprised of 6 Professors, 3 of which are from the Brotherhood movement include:

Dr Adel Abdul Gawad

Dr Nasr Radwan

Dr Omayma Kamel

Dr Mohsen Mady

Dr Ayman Higazi

Dr Mustafa Abdul Maaboud

It is expected that victory will be tough for the nominees, where opposition plans to put up a fight. Moreover, the university's administration and security has demonstrated obstinate procedures practiced with regards to the upcoming elections.
