Dr Mohamed Badie chairman of the Muslim Brotherhood extended warm wishes to President Mohamed Hosny Mubarak who underwent gall-bladder surgery earlier this month. Badie wished him a safe homecoming from Germany.

He commented on the MB stance with the upcoming parliamentary, and presidential elections stressing that the movement welcomed the idea of the nomination of candidates according to the legitimate channels. Moreover it is imperative that elections be free, fair, and transparent. He added that the Movement respected the people's decision in choosing their leaders and representatives hence the significance of their call that  elections be characterized with  integrity.

The Movement's members  including 5 members from the Executive Bureau have been  rounded up recently by the  state security apparatus with rising numbers detained incommunicado.  "These arbitrary arrests and rumors are attempts  to tarnish the reputation of the Brotherhood, in a revengeful vendetta against the group furthermore the group have not engaged in any agreements with the NDP.

Unnecessary Tughluq
This is unnecessary. MB should not think HM will change or MB can coexist with HM. Just think about the past how HM has systematically destroyed MB. The fate of Egypt and MB would have been different if this HM not existed or ruled. This is the problem with MB, you people are struggling for strategy and charismatic leader.
