MB released on deteriorating health reports

MB detainee Maher El Shamy was released after reports disclosed his health was deteriorating.

MB detainee Maher El Shamy was released after reports disclosed his health was deteriorating.

The 50 year old had been arrested for the third time this year and was remanded in custody for the last 2 months. The prisons doctor warned of his deteriorating health condition and warned that he would not be held accountable if El Shamy's health worsened.

El Shamy was issued a release order after prosecutors viewed health reports and was welcomed by his friends and family from his hometown Fuwa in the Kafr el Sheik governorate.
