Muslim Brotherhood MP Hussein Ibrahim complained that the LE 1200 monthly minimum wage was set by court and government must comply with the ruling. He added that the raise should be in proportion with the continued rise in prices and living expenses
PA speaker Fathy Sorour claimed that court in this case can only make recommendations, which the govt might,or might not, enforce, adding that the President was generous in his bonus Wafd Party MP Mohamed Dawood, recommended that the issue be deferred offering that another 5% should be added to the raise |
