Nine days into the online petition the Muslim Brotherhood has managed to gather over 60, 000 signatures on its official website since it started its electronic campaign. The MB has joined Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei’s National Association for Change's   call for political and constitutional amendments.

The petition, spearheaded by the former IAEA head and reform advocate outlines seven demands which include amendments to Articles 76, 77 and 88 of the constitution that pertain to the elections, judicial oversight and the number of presidential terms.

The MB believes collecting signatures either on its website or the NAC's website in support of the Association is the natural thing to do since the Brotherhood has always called for the modifications encouraging all of Egypt to collaborate and unite in its call.
