State Security forces in the Beheira governorate arrested six MB members today during the early morning while they were hanging banners calling for reform and positive participation in the upcoming parliamentary elections.

State Security forces in the Beheira governorate arrested six MB members today during the early morning while they were hanging banners calling for reform and positive participation in the upcoming parliamentary elections.

The arrested detainees include:

Mustafa Mahmoud Salem

Mohamed Abdel Salam Gaber

Basyouni Mohamed Basyouni Omar

Gamal Abdel Monem el-Feel

Saeed Ahmed Radwan

Ahmed el-Sayed el-Beltagy

They are currently detained at state security headquarters in Kafr el-Dawar and are expected to be brought before the Kafr el-Dawar Prosecution this evening.

 

The last count of MB detainees has revealed that so far there has been 190 arrests of MB members nationwide following the announcement made by the group's chairman Dr. Mohamed Badie confirming the MB will participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections scheduled for Sunday November 28.
