Occupation authorities sell Palestinian property in Silwan to Jewish societies
The Israeli Haaretz newspaper revealed on Friday that the Israeli land authority is selling property in the Silwan suburb in occupied Jerusalem to Jewish settler societies.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, The Israeli Haaretz newspaper revealed on Friday that the Israeli land authority is selling property in the Silwan suburb in occupied Jerusalem to Jewish settler societies. The paper mentioned the names of societies such as Elad and Atirat Kohanim and that the land and buildings are being sold at nominal prices amounting to distributing these properties almost for gratis. The paper quoted Peace Now movement that information allowed to be published reveal that it has checked on three properties that were given to Elad and that dozens of other properties were given to societies and development firms registered outside the Zionist entity. |
