MB Holds First Conference in Original MB Branch

"Who are we? What do we want? Hear about us, from us!" This has been dubbed the title for the Muslim Brotherhood's first conference planned for Thursday, May 26, 2011. The conference will take place in the Darb el Ahmar Branch in Cairo and is expected to give a detailed explanation of the Muslim Brotherhood's ideology, views and intended agenda for the future. Guest speakers include former MB MPs, Dr. Mohamed Beltagy and Ahmed Abu Baraka who are to address the people and highlight the MB's insight. The Darb el Ahmar Branch was the former official office for the MB where the group's founder Hassan el Banna spent much of his time for the cause. The conference, which is expected to have a large turnout, is scheduled to begin at 7pm.
