Freedom and Justice Party Delegation to Offer Condolences on Pope Shenouda’s Death

Dr. Morsi and top party leaders mourn the death of a great Egyptian thinker and a conservative Christian leader whose fight against illness never stopped him from working for unity and harmony in his homeland.

Dr. Mohamed Morsi, Chairman of the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), is to lead a delegation of the party offering condolences on the death of Pope Shenouda III, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, at the Coptic Orthodox Cultural Center in the Cairo district of Abbassia, on Wednesday 21 March 2012.

The delegation is to include Dr. Essam El-Erian, FJP Vice Chairman; Hussein Ibrahim, head of FJP Parliamentary Commission; Saad Al-Husseini, member of FJP Executive Office; and Dr. Hazem Farouk, Secretary of the People’s Assembly Foreign Relations Committee.
