Cairo Airport security authorities refused to give a permission to Ahmed Seif el Islam Al Banna and his sisters, Dr. Istishhad and Miss Sanaa, to travel to Jordan to attend the rally held there to mark the centenary anniversary of their father, Hassan el Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood group. The authorities declined to state reasons for this decision.

It is worth noting that the authorities cancelled, early yesterday, flights of the Islamic writer, Dr. Gaber Kemaiha, and the senior MB leader Dr. Rashad Lasheen, in addition to two Ikhwanweb correspondents who were to go there to cover the event and its activities.

However, people all over Arab and Muslim world can watch the rally as it will be aired on Al Jazeera Mubasher satellite channel, from 3.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday November 16,2006.
