President Morsi Defense Source: New Farcical Lawsuit Fabricated, Politicized

Another trumped-up charge is added to the list of farcical trials facing the legitimate President of Egypt Mohamed Morsi, in yet another desperate junta attempt to tarnish his image.

President Mohamed Morsi's legal defense team said the referral of the country's legitimate President to a new farcical trial is further confirmation the whole affair is a political vendetta par excellence.

Earlier, the traitorous military junta's Public Prosecutor referred President Mohamed Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood leader, Presidential Secretary Amin Sirefi, as well as 8 others to criminal prosecution, for their alleged involvement in the smuggling of documents affecting Egypt's national security to the State of Qatar.

The legal defense source said: "The military junta failed to prove its charges against the President and now resorts to desperate attempts to demonize him, with no avail".

President Morsi faces a list of trumped-up charges, including escape from a prison in the north of Egypt during the January 25 (2011) Revolution, before he became the President of the Republic.
