The traitorous coup regime's security forces abducted four people – for nearly a week now – from the same family in Awayed district, east of Alexandria. Those are: El-Sawy Mabrook, Amr Mabrook, Hani Mabrook and Omar Mabrook. Security forces took them away to an unknown destination.

Relatives of the 'disappeared' heard from various sources that their loved ones are being subjected to the worst forms of torture at the headquarters of State Security, at the Alexandria Security Directorate, popularly known as "the slaughterhouse". Relatives affirmed the four family members were subjected to forced disappearance since Thursday and dealt the most extreme acts of torture.

The four citizens' family also affirmed that the Alexandria Security Directorate has thus far denied their presence in its headquarters. The family stressed that it holds coup authorities responsible for the safety of their relatives, pleading with human rights organizations to intervene to help uncover the fate of their children and try to save them from torture.
