Akef: Palestinian people and factions unity sacred issue

The Chairman of Muslim Brotherhood, Mohamed Mahdi Akef, has warned of the dangers of American-Israeli conspiracy targeting Palestinian people and their national cause, and called on Arab countries to support Palestinian people and its elected government.

The Chairman of Muslim Brotherhood, Mohamed Mahdi Akef, has warned of the dangers of American-Israeli conspiracy targeting Palestinian people and their national cause, and called on Arab countries to support Palestinian people and its elected government.

In a statement about the conflict between Fatah and Hamas movements Akef said that the Palestinian people should unite to avoid the troubles US and Israel are trying to create amongst Palestinians, taking into consideration that unity is a sacred issue.

Regarding Palestinian arms and Palestinian resistance, the MB leader’s statement pointed out that national interest is above all personal interests.

In conclusion, Akef called on all Arab and Muslim countries to support Palestinians financially and morally.
