Saoasia: New Ballots Distributed in Materia

Before the start of the first stage of the Egyptian parliamentary election, due to begin on Nov.9th, ballot papers are found outside the polling stations.

Saoasia ( means equals in Arabic) Center for Human Right and Anti-discrimination has got some blank ballots while being distributed yesterday, at mid night, over the residents of el-Azab area, a part of Materia district, at Cairo. 

A reporter of the Center has photocopied one of these ballots from a citizen who refused to hand it to the reporter. For the voter will be paid in return of his vote for the National Democratic Party nominees, after casting this ballot in the polling box and getting the blank voting paper, given in the polling station. This novel fraud is known as the circulated ballot.

The Center highlighted in an account, given to news agencies and mass media, of which the ikhwanonline has received a copy, the dangerous outcome of this incident over the process of elections.
