In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful the Most Gracious I address all honorable and sensitive people of the Arab and Islamic worlds, to charity associations, and to governments to solace the needy and aggrieved people of Somalia, Darfour, and Niger, living up to the mission of Muslims which is outlined by Allah"s Saying" O ye who believe! Bow down, prostrate yourselves, and adore your Lord; and do good; that ye may prosper." (Al-Hajj, 77)
