Bin Laden’s latest audio release in one of Al Qaeda’s websites was not welcomed by the Muslim Brotherhood, as MB Executive Bureau member Mahmud Ghozlan told Ikhwanweb today.

According to Ghozlan, the recording contains severe grievances against the Muslim Brotherhood. He condemned Bin Laden’s frequent speeches propagating for Jihad while in reality Al-Qaeda did nothing but dividing the Muslim world, calling Bin Laden to stop releasing such “useless” speeches.

“The Muslim Brotherhood sticks to a gradual and peaceful attitude towards reform in order to achieve the desired welfare and development. By this approach, we hope to liberate our peoples and unify the world,” Ghozlan said.

He also stressed the futility of Al-Qaeda’s bombings saying: "they only helped occupation to expand in the world and took the lives of thousands of innocent civilians, most of them are Muslims.”

Dr Ghozlan ended with confirming that the Muslim Brotherhood is on ideological and conceptual odds with Al-Qaeda, stating "Ben Laden and his followers were never MBs.
