Dr. Mohamed Saad Elewa, Chief of Urology at Bolaq El Dakrour Hospital, Treasurer of Giza Medical Association, and one of MB leaders in Giza who was recently arrested on alleged charges of the money laundry, was transferred to the French Kasr El-Eni Hospital yesterday after suffering of deteriorating heart condition.
 
Doctor said that Dr. Elewa suffers from uncontrolled high blood pressure and poor blood flow to his heart (Coronary Heart Disease) and recently underwent an invasive heart procedure last March.
 
His wife, Dr. Nihal Badea after visiting him stated that his condition is unstable and worsening due to the stress of his arrest and detention. Dr. Badea also described the condition in Al-Mahkoum prison as "inhuman" where her husband gets to sleep on the floor which has high level of humidity, in addition to the lack of proper medical care for his heart condition
