Russia protested the big media outcry sparked by Israel's media outlets about Moscow's readiness to sell different weapons to Syria.

The Russian president's aid Sergey Prihodko told a news conference that the Israeli media distorted the facts with regard to Moscow's military-technical cooperation with Syria.

He added that his country has obligations to fulfill towards all agreements it signed with the Syrian side in all areas of bilateral cooperation.
