Dr. Mohammed Badie, Chairman of the Muslim Brotherhood was at the head of the Brothers delegation in the luncheon which was held by the Turkish President Abdullah Gul, to celebrate the success of the People’s Revolution which began on January 25 and forced the deposed Mubarak to step down after only 18 days.
 
The luncheon which was held at the Turkish Embassy in Cairo with other MB senior leaders from the MB Executive Bureau included Dr. Mohamed Morsy and Dr. Essam el-Erian. A number of opposition members also took part in the celebrations.
